Name, phone number, postal address & email address of all clients/couples
Details about your pregnancy if happy to disclose

All of the personal information I process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:

To allow me to contact you with course information, post resources & offer ongoing support
To allow me to tailor my course to you
For insurance purposes

I may share this information with the following;

Course venues for health & safety monitoring
Ticket Tailor to purchase course tickets
Stripe to process course payments

Under the UK GDPR, I rely on your consent to process this information. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting me on jen@mypositivepregnancy.co.uk

Your information is securely stored in a password protected electronic file

I keep all personal information provided for up to 12 months after the final session date. I will then dispose of your information by deleting all electronic data & any back ups

Under data protection law, you have the right to ask for copies of your personal information & the right to ask for this information to be deleted. If you make a request, I will respond to you within 30 days. Please contact me on jen@mypositivepregnancy.co.uk if you wish to make a request.

If you do not agree with the details set out in this policy, please do not submit your data to me
